Purpose of Position/Mission

The Marketing team of EEA Mozambique is recruiting a Marketing and Communication Coordinator and under the supervision of the Strategic Marketing and Communication Manager will be responsible for developing innovative marketing campaigns large and small, with the following objectives:

• Develop creative ideas to drive sales of our EEA Solar Energy Systems in Mozambique;
• Work as a training representative at the assigned location to ensure that the Engie Energy Access brand is strong in your area.
• Drive optimal customer base growth
• Implement strategies aimed at increasing our market share and the reputation of the ENGIE Energy Access brand in Mozambique.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating marketing and communication projects within the strategic marketing team in collaboration with the Global team of the entire organization.
• Service Center branding and outdoor visibility.
• Coordinate with the Sales team on implementing BTL strategies and execute it.
• Support Sales Team for event set up and branding for activations.
• Secure brand exposure opportunities to build awareness and brand equity.
• Provide input for suitable BTL elements/materials by region.
• Responsible for marketing material management, production, and delivery, maintaining good relationships with suppliers for best quality and prices.
• Generate reports of sales activations such as BLs and night activations.
• Support the launches of corporate and commercial marketing campaigns across the country, ensuring adherence to global guidelines.
• Oversee the brand status of all stores/points of sale to ensure maximum visibility and compliance.
• Ability to develop marketing and communication campaigns to support the sales and credit team in the field.
• Ensure the management of marketing materials from production, delivery and maintenance.

Key deliverables will include but not be limited to:

• Monthly updates on competitor activities by region (on brand, trade promos, events).
• Meticulous Promotional Materials Management
• Planning and Implementation of events & activation

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as Marketing and Communication Coordinator;
• Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams).
• Have a practical attitude with the ability to work in a fast-growing, fast-paced dynamic environment without fear of change;
• Ability to build relationships and partnerships to smooth out business growth and performance;
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills;

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing and Communication or related field.

Languages:

• Portuguese (fluent)
• English (Required)
• Local language (will be an advantage)
