Education/ Certifications/ Experience:
- University degree in BA, Economy, HR, or any other related studies.
- Any additional certification is a plus (e.g., coaching, etc.)
- Fluent in English required. A good command of Spanish or French desirable. Any other language is a plus.
Competencies/ Skills/ Abilities:
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in design, implementation and measurement of Talent Development and Learning processes, projects and initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years previous experience facilitating sessions, workshops, webinars, etc.
- Demonstrated strong and relevant HR Talent Management and DEI experience.
- Passionate about people, business, leadership, Talent Management and Learning & Development.
- Ability to think conceptually and act operationally, combine strategy with delivery.
- Excellent communication/relational skills.
- Experience building trusting sustainable relationships and creating and animating networks.
- Demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a matrixed international organization (across interfaces and influencing HR & Business leaders).Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Familiarity with systems; Success Factors, Salesforce, ADP, and other internal HRIS related process systems
- Strong MS Office experience, with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

The pay range for this role is: $116,000-$175,000.
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
