Join ENGIE North Africa as a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Intern

ENGIE North Africa is hiring a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Intern for 6 months period.

What you will do?

  • Work closely with Head of HR and the DEI Committee.
  • Research, develop and implement DEI practices and initiatives in line with ENGIE group’s strategy.
  • Lead the DEI committee, providing assistance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proactively work with the Committee and the business to identify and address systemic barriers to DEI.
  • Implement metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Follow up the development of partnerships with external organizations to support DEI initiatives.
  • Ensure the execution of DEI activities (workshops, surveys, focus groups, and other initiatives).
  • Communicate internally and externally on DEI initiatives and activities.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
  • Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT literacy is required.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English.
  • Fast learner, and open to feedback.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Good writing skills.
