  1. About the PDS Associate Role

This role focuses on driving sales through the civil servants working for government and also individuals in the private sector but interested in having Easy Solar’s products and services. It also focuses on sourcing, developing, managing and maintaining corporate clients and accounts through appropriate approaches and relationship management techniques.

  1. General Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for building a strong contact and relationship with corporate customers.
  • Responsible for achieving assigned revenue target for both PDS and Asset Finance in your territory
  • Charged with the responsibility of selling and marketing of Power Solution to organizations and individual corporate clients.
  • Develop, maintain and manage relationships with corporate clients through regular visits, effective communication channels and follow up to provide after sales services, ensure customer satisfaction and gain referrals from existing customers.
  • Responsible for all PDS and Asset Finance stock in his/her territory. He/she is responsible in ensuring customers products are been installed and in time.
  • Increasing sales quotas (accounts (large systems) and revenues) as assigned
  • Monitor and review the performance of the customers in conjunction with the other departments and take corrective action as appropriate in order to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in creating and developing corporate accounts database.
  • Maintaining high profile contacts within the trade, professional associations and colleagues that will impact positively with the client.
  • Review, address and resolve customer complaints to solution.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive and up to date operational documentation and data on each corporate customer on your portfolio.
  • Provide feedback to Management on any changing market trend or anything that will have a direct or indirect impact on customer retention or acquisition drive.
  • Produce weekly and monthly activity reports and schedules.
  • Responsible for PDS and Asset Finance signups within the territory.
  • Organise team work for better and smoth running of the operation.
  1. Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration
  • At least 3 years working experience in sales and marketing of FMCG.
  • An experience in the solar industry will be an advantage
