We have a functioning demo platform (https://flowt.africa) built on Bubble.io with integrated data collection and AWS cloud storage, ready for migration to a more scalable architecture.
Project Overview:
We need an experienced AI developer to build an intelligent risk assessment system that automates loan evaluation processes using advanced AI capabilities. This will start as an independent consulting assignment, but potentially could lead to a full-time role in the future.
Scope of Work
Core Integration (Phase 1)

1. AWS Cloud Integration: Connect our Bubble.io platform with AWS cloud storage
   Claude AI Integration: Implement Anthropic's Claude for automated data analysis and risk assessment report generation
2. Automated Reporting: Create recurring functions that analyze collected documents, calculate financial metrics, and produce comprehensive risk assessment reports using our proprietary scoring methodology
   

AI Agent Development (Phase 2)

Build specialized AI agents to automate these critical verification tasks:

1. Corporate Verification Agent- Extract director and shareholder information from Kenya's Business Registration Services and cross-reference with application data
   Identity Verification Agent- Compare director photos from national IDs with uploaded verification videos; Implement facial recognition and liveness detection
2. Professional Background Agent- Download and analyze LinkedIn profiles of key personnel; store securely in designated cloud storage
   Reference Management Agent- Automated reference outreach via email with custom questionnaires; Smart reminder system for non-respondents

Due Diligence Agent- Conduct comprehensive internet searches for negative publicity, legal issues, or scandals associated with the founders & directors; Generate structured reports on findings
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

1. Education: Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
   Experience: Proven track record with similar AI/ML projects (please share specific examples)
2. Technical Skills: AWS services (S3, Lambda, etc.), Anthropic Claude API integration, Web scraping and data extraction, Facial recognition/computer vision, Email automation systems
3. Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, high integrity, excellent communication
   Collaboration: Must be available for meetings during 9 AM - 5 PM EAT (East Africa Time)

Location: Remote, but preference for candidates in Kenya
Preferred Experience

1. Fintech Expertise: Lending platforms, payment processing, or financial management systems
2. African Market Knowledge: Understanding of African banking systems and regulatory requirements
3. Bubble.io Experience: Familiarity with the Bubble platform to assist in migration
   Compliance Knowledge: Experience with financial data security standards
4. Performance Optimization: Experience scaling platforms for high transaction volumes

2. Technical Approach: Brief outline of how you'd approach this project
