Job Description

Position Description

The job holder will be responsible for giving excellent customer service, managing service center stock, and meeting the assigned monthly sales and revenue targets within the designated Service Centre.

Roles & Responsibilities

       Ensure 24-hour Customer query resolution TAT at the Regional Service center.

       Offering excellent customer service to walk-in customers

       Ensure all customers worked on pay post-repair

       Implement new OOW policy with key focus on Minimum Payment Based on customer category.

       Inventory Accuracy for spares and finished goods at the service centers

       Compile Daily, Weekly and monthly revenue, walk ins and stock balance for the RSC.

        Ensure timely submission of RSC utility bills

       Ensure timely stock reconciliation and requisition within the minimum re-order level.

       Ensure company equipment at the RSC is well-maintained

       Keen on Incidence reporting

       Ensure all service centers have at least 15 Solar energy promoters attached.

       Ensure 80% and above of solar energy promoters recruited are retained.

       Make portable sales worth as per the month-on-month target for the service center

       100% Stock reconciliation and accountability

        Ensure that the Service Centre is always kept tidy and neat

       General administration at the service center


Desired Skills and Experience

       A degree in a business or customer service-related field

       Excellent communication skills with ability to make customers feel welcome

       A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve customer issues or complaints

       Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in customer service

       Strong mindset for continuous improvement and meeting or exceeding expectations.

       Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
