Job Description

The Marketing Executive plays a key role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote d.light's products. This role involves a combination of creative thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative marketing concepts and campaigns by researching market trends, customer insights, and business objectives.

  • Create, design, and produce high-quality marketing content and materials, including posters, flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, GIFs, videos, animations, social media content, and other digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Manage the company's digital presence by creating engaging content for social media and other communication channels to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing, advertising, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives across multiple channels.

  • Coordinate and support the organization of corporate events, product launches, activations, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, internal departments, and external partners to deliver marketing projects on time, while providing the necessary administrative and operational support.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement, and perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Graphics Design skills

  • Well conversant with Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, Capcut & Filmora

  • Superior levels of creativity and innovative thinking

  • Ability to bring a vision/creative to life/reality

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to follow through with tasks to closure

  • Self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and showing amazing attention to detail.
