Job Description

The job holder is responsible for supporting in ensuring the security of all company property, people, and inventory as well as compliance with regulatory requirements. The job holder is also responsible for supporting in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls to address the risks associated with our business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks associated with our business operations

  • Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify areas of weakness and develop remediation plans

  • Assist in managing third-party relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual security requirements

  • Provide guidance and support to the business on security and compliance matters • Develop and deliver security and compliance training to employees

  • Manage security incidents and breaches, including incident response and reporting

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement security and compliance requirements

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends and recommend changes to security policies, procedures, and controls as necessary

  • Assist in managing 3rd party security relations

  • Assist in achievement of collections targets of the escalated accounts in the S&C portfolio

  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social works, Information Technology, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in security and compliance

  • Experience in the solar pay go business is preferred

  • Knowledge of security frameworks •

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards

  • Ability to understand and analyze complex technical and business requirements • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
