People and Partner Management
· Oversee current personnel to achieve volume and value targets across all partner channels.
· Drive growth in both volume and value within existing partner channels.
Strategic Sales and Growth
· Deliver sales volume and market share at optimized costs.
· Develop and implement growth strategies focused on financial gains and customer satisfaction.
· Evaluate and prioritize opportunities to align resources with high-value prospects.
Client and Stakeholder Relations
· Build, manage, and maintain relationships with existing clients, potential clients, influencers, and stakeholders.
· Expand the client base by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
Product and Market Expertise
· Develop in-depth knowledge of business products and their value propositions.
· Monitor competitors and adapt offerings to align with market trends.
· Research and map business strengths, customer needs, and viable income streams.
Operational and Contract Management
· Oversee proposals, bids, submissions, and contracts.
· Participate in negotiations for new business agreements.
Performance and Reporting
· Prepare analytical and performance reports for management and board-level use.
· Provide updates on successes, challenges, and areas requiring improvement.
Industry Awareness
· Stay up to date with local and international industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.
Resource Management
· Manage bids, donations, and grants efficiently to align with strategic goals.
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience
l Bachelor’s degree, preferably in sales & marketing or relevant field.
l Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management, key account management

l Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients, stakeholders and partners.
l Proficient in using CRM tools, data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)..
l Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
l Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
l Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
