Job Description
Technical support officer performs the testing, monitoring, installation and troubleshooting of all SKUs for L4 analysis
- Carry out investigations and report all installation issues (IMAX AND TV) reported by other parties.
- Execute major wrong material , equipment and cable fault repair work for operations and maintenance.
- Follow frameworks and guidelines for IMAX.
- Review event summary reports and share update on disturbance on event information.
- Perform scheduled checks on Power Quality check on System and the communication result.
- Perform network support services for customers and installers in the regions.
- Integrate distributed generation sources with the grid.
- Supports on-the-job training programmes for staff and installers to develop their capabilities.
