The Role
The Role
- Lead the installation, servicing, and maintenance of EV charging stations across Mombasa.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize deployment.
- Conduct research and data collection from identified tuk tuk riders around Mombasa town and Nyali.
- Manage local teams, ensuring seamless coordination with the head office for project alignment and operational support.
- Ensure timely and high-quality project execution, meeting all technical and operational standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including business partners and customers.
- Utilize data collection tools to track project progress and market feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in fieldwork, installations, or project management, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in market research, data collection, and analysis.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
