The Electric Sales Executive is a field-based role responsible for driving sales of BURN’s clean cooking solutions through door-to-door prospecting, market activations, and customer education on Pay-Go terms. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring successful installations, and supporting customers to maintain healthy repayment and product usage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve Individual Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through active field selling.
- Customer Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, approach, and convert qualified customers through door-to-door sales, referrals, and market activations.
- Customer Education & Sales Quality: Clearly explain product features, pricing, Pay-Go terms, and repayment expectations to customers before the sale.
- Installations Support: Ensure all verified customers are available and ready for installation, supporting same-day installation where possible.
- Repayment Follow-up Support: Support customers post-installation by reminding them of daily or weekly repayments to maintain healthy repayment rates.
- Market Activations & Cookouts Participation: Actively participate in cookouts to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Daily Reporting & Accountability: Submit accurate daily projections, leads, and activity reports to the Senior Sales Executives

Skills and Experience
- O-Level Certificate or equivalent from a recognised institution.
- Sales or field experience, preferably in FMCG, Paygo, or direct sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to work in the field daily.
- Basic reporting skills (WhatsApp / Google Forms).
