About the role
The proposed Corporate Affairs Officer role is designed to improve operational efficiency within the GR & Policy team by centralising administrative coordination, harmonising schedules, and standardising processes across markets. In addition to administrative support, the role provides capacity to reinforce the organisation’s policy positions through participation in mid-level external meetings with industry stakeholders, associations, and working groups. • Enhance coordination and tracking of multi-country engagements
  • Strengthen consistency in policy messaging within industry bodies
  • Support the scalable growth of the Corporate Affairs function across the region's projects
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Law, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate affairs, government relations, policy support, or a similar coordination role.
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and scheduling skills.
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder or multi-country teams is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with industry associations, regulatory environments, or policy processes is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across markets
  • Professional judgment and discretion in external engagements
  • Interest in public policy, regulation, and stakeholder engagement.
