- Leading a constructive teaching experience on the requirements of the Stewardship Program of seeds and events that allows the different members of the organization and related third parties to possess a uniform knowledge of them and in this way achieve a standardization of practices within the region that are aligned with global Industry standards (Excellence Through Stewardship® (ETS) and ISO 9001:2015) to ensure business continuity and operational excellence.
- Generating and facilitating strategic relationships within the company, with third parties and other external organizations to streamline processes and optimize communications. Maintaining a proactive and collaborative attitude to promote synergies and add value to the company.

- Providing global visibility of activities and results within the region, through effective and periodic reporting/communication of the same.
- Managing the budget of the area through a correct planning of activities and evaluation of the needs of the company.
