WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We want to be valued by our customers as a reliable and loyal partner with a broad and appealing product portfolio for „Nutrition and Health“ ingredients. Our customers shall benefit from our expertise, our flexibility and from our digital offering.

  • You are responsible for the technical and commercial support of your own customer base in Germany and Austria, with a focus on food performance ingredients (emulsifiers, compounds for cream/topping whipped cream bases, compounds for lightening cakes, functional fat powders).
  • Therefore, you monitor market trends and competitor activities among your customers and use this information to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Furthermore, you identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential new customers.
  • Your expertise is in demand: you will provide technical support for our Food Performance customers throughout Europe in close cooperation with local account managers.
  • You act as a commercial and technical interface to the respective business unit or principal as well as to internal product management.
  • Last but not least, you will also proactively drive the market launch of new products and/or applications.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in food technology or a related field
  • professional experience in the food and nutrition industry is an advantage
  • ideally, previous sales experience
  • innovative, self-motivated personality with strong customer focus and excellent negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills
  • very good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
  • willingness to travel extensively within Europe
