• Develop distributor strategy for China with support of management team, to optimize distributors portfolio and drive business growth
• Work with Industry Business Management team to develop and maintain an optimal distributor channel mapping based on industry business development needs
• Set up selection criteria for distributor qualification, evaluate existing distributor channel and phase out unqualified distributors (including reseller/dealer)
• Develop distributor to scale up market coverage and drive business growth
• Distributor interview and performance rating
Distributor management:
• Formulate and optimize distributor management policy with support of management team
• Monitor and improve business activity with distributors, to ensure operation meet company requirements
• Distributor contract management (contract preparation/target setting, etc)
• Lead the completion of action plans identified in distributor audit report
• Education: Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Business Management or Chemistry
• Working Experience: more than 5 years of working experience in Marketing/Sales or Business Development, prior distribution channel management experience would be a plus; previous sales experience will be beneficial
• Competencies: strong analytical skills, P&L understanding, strategic view to facilitate forward-looking activities; strong communication skills and influencing ability
