QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for graduates with a Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Chemistry.

The BASF Africa Graduate Program is a 24-month program designed to create future talent needs for the business units, the company, and the industry. The development of our graduates follows the 70:20:10 Model of Learning which is based on three types of learning: Hands-on work and experience-based (70%), asking questions and interacting with fellow colleagues (20%), and formal classroom training (10%).
