You'll generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams. With purpose of generating business opportunities for well construction, you'll collaborate across all the industry. You'll observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop strategies for new business and targeted clients.

As a Sales Director, you’ll play a vital role in leading business development planning processes for the market. You will be responsible for:
Formulating and executing proposal strategy and sales agreements.
Formulating deal structure, pricing, proposal development.
Assists in customer negotiations. Identifies new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth.

Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process
Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.
Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will
Have bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10 years of experience in the industry
Have minimum 10 years of experience in well construction (drilling services / drilling and completion fluids / drill bits)
Have sales and commercial experience
Understand strategy and marketing
Have Saudi experience (preferred)
