Partner with the best

As a Chemical Order Fulfillment Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Managing customer orders end-to-end from order receipt through delivery to order closure ensuring accuracy, on time performance and a strong customer experience

• Working collaboratively across key stakeholders such as Sales, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse to ensure orders are executed efficiently and issues are proactively resolved

• Receiving, reviewing and processing the customer order into SAP

• Validating order details and resolving any discrepancies with the sales team

• Checking inventory availability, planned supply and evaluating realistic delivery commitments

• Identifying risks such as shortages, delays, availability and driving risk mitigation actions to ensure on time delivery

• Working closely with logistics to coordinate transportation requirements to meet delivery needs

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, order management, and customer operations - chemical background is preferred

• Have a Bachelors Degree in related field

• Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English

• Have experience in SAP

• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
