As a Facilities Manager you will lead in the delivery of the day-to-day facility operations, services, and maintenance activities. The position ensures assets are operated in a cost effective non-impacted manner while providing a safe and comfortable work environment.
As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing flawless execution of the day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities to ensure efficient service delivery
- Achieving cost savings through maximizing utilization of suppliers and preferred vendors/contractors and by identifying additional efficiency opportunities
- Operating and maintaining assets a in a cost effective and non-impacted manner to maximize added value
- Developing and managing facility operating budgets to achieve goals and objectives addressed by management
- Developing and implementing innovative programs, processes and projects to increase productivity or longevity
- Leading the development of the portfolio’s facility annual capital plan including infrastructure upgrades to ensure the portfolio’s future capabilities are maintained
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Facility Management with exposure to exposure to construction projects, electrical, HVAC systems, security, and cleaning services
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position
