Our growing team produces industry leading applications and software platforms in the space of remote operations for oil field services business. We collaborate with cross-functional teams and experts to shape innovative products which are utilized by customers in the energy domain. The portfolio consists of multiple scrum teams working together to develop various products in the portfolio, using agile software delivery principles.

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for putting together the product roadmap aligned to the OFSE Digital strategy to enable digital revenue with close collaboration with the segment product managers, implementing the communication strategies and oversee the product development with the software teams.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Develops a product strategy and vision based on market research, customer feedback, and product line goals.
  • Defines the product roadmap and prioritizes features and enhancements accordingly.
  • Owns the PDM (Product development Management) process for product management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering & Technology, supply chain, Service delivery, and others, to achieve successful development. Participates in Stage Gates with the technology team and provides documentation as required for gate meetings
  • Plans and executes successful product launches. Ensures technology advancements are validated with customers and regulatory agencies.
  • Responsible for the product life cycle and product performance of the product.
  • Provides technical support to Service Delivery teams for specific escalation requests.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Master or Bachelor degree, or combination of relevant education and experience, in Geoscience, Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir Engineering or Geology.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, e.g. as developer, tester, Product Owner or Subject Matter Expert.
  • Full professional proficiency in English
