Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Leads the development of business plans for Industrial Solutions.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Managing Industrial Solution portfolio hardware and software (Condition monitoring & Vibration analysis).
- Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Handling important clients for Industrial Solutions products.
- Cooperates with technical colleagues to answer customer requests and discuss local conditions.
- Department is involved in medium-sized sales.
- Handling country or Large Territory.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have minimum of 10 years of experience in sales & business development of hardware and software within the Energy sector.
- Have strong knowledge of Algeria Energy market and Sonatrach.
- Have a strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have a demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Have an ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
