As a Cementing Service Delivery Technical Manager, you'll be responsible for post-sales support of customer issue. You'll provide technical support on repairing returned equipment and/or field services along with other service request. You'll develop an operational year plan for large-unit of own department activities and suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Cementing Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

Responsible for customer facing technical problems. responsible for cementing programs technical review for the team.
Cementing technical account manager for
Responsible for technical tenders analysis and submission
Upselling latest cementing technologies to our clients.
Leads the cementing technical team and responsible for technical team development.
Accountable for Offshore and Onshore Operational and Technical management, managing the resources for the cementing operations and ensuring compliance with the Scope of Work.
Create, develop and maintain working relationships with all clients
Advising proper application and design for all types of cement jobs.
Providing cement-engineering support in preparing execution program with job procedures to ensure flawless execution and top quality job results supported with all required simulation software.
Follow up with lab to implement the required slurry and spacer designs.
Prepare Post Job Review, Well End Reports, Incident investigation, and report the captured lessons learned to improve the next operations.
Prepare and submit the performance data at the end of each calendar year and prepare cost estimates for all services supplied to customers.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Have a minimum of 6 additional years of experience in Technical Support.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cementing.
Have a strong oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and leadership skills are preferred.
Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams is preferred.
Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact is preferred.
Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously is preferred.
Have effective problem identification and solution skills are preferred.
Have proven analytical and organizational ability is preferred.
