Partner with the best

As a Lead Project Manager - Project Leadership, you will be responsible for leading the project management services team. Ownership of project management for repair projects, including repair of gas technology equipment and tools. Guarantee adherence to contractual clauses. Customer interface assuring delivering upon targets/deadlines. Planning, execution and conclusion of projects/contract activities.

As a Lead Project Manager - Project Leadership, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining the scope of the project and Preparing a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Tracking project costs to meet budget.
  • Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan and ensure corrective actions are agreed.
  • Developing or implement quality control programs.
  • Providing project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Leading External / Internal Issue Resolution.
  • Preparing contracts or negotiating revisions to contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
  • Monitoring project execution in the shortest possible time and at reasonable cost while maintaining the quality required by the Contract.
  • Coordinating Risk Assessment activities and Monitoring Risk Mitigation measures.
  • Acting as the Company’s official representative with clients, suppliers and third-party contractors
  • Negotiating terms and conditions where necessary, ensuring that Company interests are both optimized and protected.
  • Monitoring performance of suppliers and subcontractors to determine compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Resolving issues arising from disputes or sub-standard performance.
  • Monitoring payments from clients and initiating payments to suppliers and sub-contractors ensuring all terms and conditions have been met


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have BE/BTech in Mechanical/Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of Project/program management working experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Have excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills and be able to work independently.
  • Have good problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
