Partner with the best

You will ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of a program or project. This will be through upfront business engagement and collaboration across multiple DT technical teams.
Lead multiple digital transformation initiatives for Industrial Valves & Gears product line under Industrial Products vector. This role will also be the principal DT point of contact for Valves Technology Center plant location at Pasadena, USA. Manage the AOP/LRP and Program finance for IVG. Responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and external customers. Partners with functional product owner to define features backlog and requirements, works with technical team internal and external to the initiative to ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality. Makes sure project management practices are followed and improved as needed

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving application rationalization across the function and global organization in IVG
  • Acting as principal DT point of contact for VTC plant – resolving any operational challenge ranging from DT systems to IT network
  • Acting as Change Agent to drive ERP and standard business process adoption
  • Leading IVG PMO process aligning with product company long range planning, annual operational planning and manage program finance
  • Collaborating with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining features backlog and specifying requirements
  • Defining execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
  • Cooperating with and manage external vendors as required. Manage procurement and onboarding process
  • Supporting execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies.
  • Partnering with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
  • Managing project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
  • Managing stakeholder communication and progress reporting
  • Ensuring quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
  • Have a minimum 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Have an ability to document, plan, and execute projects / programs and possess established project management skills.
  • Have a previous experience designing and implementing ERP/PLM projects with minimal oversight.
  • Have experience in handling multiple projects following a well-defined PMO process including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Be Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Have Experience working with others on a global basis
  • Be able to demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
  • Have Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
  • Be Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
  • Have an ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization and clear thinking & Ability to effectively communicate across functions and at all levels of the organization..
