Partner with the best

Our Machinery Diagnostics Service Engineers are the flagship of the Bently Nevada portfolio. You will use the Bently Nevada hardware and software products to analyse and perform diagnostics on rotating machinery equipment. You will work locally at customer site or remotely logon to customer assets to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As a Machinery Diagnostics Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

· Implementing Bently Nevada Machinery Diagnostic Methodology. Producing periodic, fault analysis and exception reports to present to the customer.

· Performing diagnostics on rotating machinery using vibration data, operational data and customer communications to ensure safe operations.

· Training our customers and other team members in Bently Nevada Services Machinery Diagnostic Methodology, balancing, alignment, lubrication analysis and rotor modeling.

· Integrating/optimizing Bently Nevada Asset Management Systems. Assisting in knowledge transfer into the organisation based on customer feedback, field work and experience.

· Communicating with customer and internal functions to influence the approach and meet quality and continuous improvement objectives.

· Preparing service reports, timesheets and expense report after completion of service jobs.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Thermodynamic or Machinery Vibration is an advantage).

· Have Condition Monitoring experience and knowledge of rotating equipment.

· Have machinery diagnostic service experience in Power energy or Oil gas area.

· Be able to communicate complex technical information to customers and stakeholders.

· Have excellent investigating, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.

· Be able to work with flexible hours and frequent travel on short notice.
