As Senior Application Engineer, you will be responsible for the quality/competitiveness of technical offers relevant to the Reciprocating Compressor Product Line. You will contribute to validating/approving the quality of their deliverables. You need to ensure technical compliance and consistency with BH product policies and guidelines.

As a Senior Application Engineer , you will be responsible for:

· Supporting New Units orders growth by generating/supervising other AEs to generate, attractive solutions for the Reciprocating Compressor Product Line technical offers.

· Involving in proposal generation for strategic projects leading AE cross-product team to successful closure of contract/relevant hand-off to execution team.

· Involving in/supporting other AEs to deal with suppliers of auxiliary systems to complete vendor technical alignment/support strategic agreement with suppliers.

· Cooperating with Platform Leaders/Product Management teams to define deliverables of new NPD programs. Supporting RC AE Team Leader up to ATQ.

· Developing a comprehensive knowledge of the product/applications/markets of reference and becoming capable to benchmark BH technology vs. competitors.

· Supporting/working closely with the Strategic Growth team by providing them feedback from the market and key clients about RC applications.

· Playing an active role during BH's full offer definition and contributing to the definition of the most fit BH technical offering.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have an Engineering education background from an accredited school and experience in the same role/area for more than 5 years.

· Have deep expertise in Reciprocating Compressor and systems. Have a good knowledge of Refinery&Petrochemical industry, specially on LDPE/EVA application.

· Have good understanding of international standards/codes like API and ASME.

· Be self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills, able to generate a positive working environment with customers representative and internally.

· Have excellent communication, presentation skills, and fluent English, a focus on the company processes and great integrity and compliance attitude.

· Be very open to working with different regional teams and be open-minded.
