Our Human Resources Team is providing a best in class service to our employees and global organisation. We provide support for day to day and operational issues and procedures. As part of Human Capital and Technology team, you will work with multiple stakeholders across the HR, Sourcing and Finance organizations. You will manage all HR vendor activities. You are vital in delivering all tasks in an efficient and timely manner ensuring compliance with company policy, procedures, and country legislation.

As a an HRSS - In-Country Delivery Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring successful execution of one or more HR Operations process(s) & service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s)
• Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area (s)
• Fostering a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing great customer service and advise on complex queries from the stakeholders.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements.
• Developing effective relationships with stakeholders through noticeable interpersonal skills and proactive communication
• Building and share area of expertise; keep current with internal and external updates and changes.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 4 years’ experience in HR
• Have 2 years professional work experience (can include internships)
• Have an experience in Payroll & Benefits, Sourcing
• Have a user experience of SAP ARIBA and/or ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
• Have exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Be a customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support via Global HR Center
• Be proficient in current company-specific HR systems used (Workday, SAP, DocuSign, Neocase)
• Display a good customer service-orientation mindset and manage several priorities at the same time
• Be able to speak English & Portuguese
