As the Senior Site Fabrication Leader, you will have an opportunity to take ownership of the delivery of subsea structures from contract award through to loadout. liaising with the fabrication partner to ensure optimum performance of the site for HSE, Quality, Cost and Delivery.

As a Senior Site Fabrication Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding, implementing, and following up Health, Safety (HSE) regulations.
• Providing leadership and direction to the site team in adherence with the project requirements and to achieve delivery objectives..
• Overseeing all site activities of projects from order intake to completion/handover to customer.
• Taking responsibility for setting out site, onsite technical compliance with project design, prepare schedule.
• Reporting to Product Delivery Manager and support Site Planner to keep program up to date.
• Identifying, reviewing, and taking lead on resolution of all site related issues, specifically for design, fabrication and suppliers while balancing Client and Baker Hughes business priorities.
• Working closely with the Subcontractor site team to ensure that activities run smoothly, coordinate sub-supplier and subcontractor site activities.
• Liaising with the client’s representatives on site to update on progress of site activities.
• Coordinating, assisting, and advising the customer on the technical interfaces between Baker Hughes and fabrication yard.
• Supporting Product Delivery Manager in customer meetings relating to all site activities.
• Maintaining quality control procedures and responsible for driving timely closure of site raised NCRs.
• Providing performance and KPI data as requested for reporting purposes.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Have 5 years of experience in Site Management.
• Have extensive years of experience within Subsea Fabrication, Manifolds and IWOCS.
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing global teams who are equipped to react to changing priorities.
• Have significant experience with project delivery and building lasting customer relationships.
