Partner with the best
As a Software Engineering Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to translate requirements into project or product design documentation
- Designing and developing software implementation utilizing the Salesforce platform to the required customer specification
- DevOps role which will manage day to day operations and support execution of changes and enhancements related to ServiceMax development on Salesforce and ensure application availability
- Conducting design, develop, test, support activities for various business requests for enhancements and modifications in ServiceMax on the Salesforce platform
- Coordinate, track and document all Requirements/Design/Development/Support activities and milestones
- Participating in team scrum calls with development team and business resources as needed
- Capturing documenting and prioritizing the end user requirements with O&G Service IT team.
- Participating in solution design, configuration and prototyping of requirements
- Enhance capabilities of current solutions by implementing new features according to business requirements
- Package development according to release procedures
- Joining Employee Resource Groups to support networking activities and team culture
- Executing development of integrations with ServiceMax on Salesforce for multiple businesses
- Applying principles of the software development lifecycle and methodologies like Lean/Agile/Waterfall, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
- Building features such as web services and Queries on existing tables
- Communicating to business users and project management status of deliverables
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar and strong relevant, professional software development experience
- Have an experience in developing ServiceMax with Salesforce applications on Salesforce design center
- Have 1+ years Salesforce.com development experience, with a good focus on Apex, Lightning and Visualforce development
- Have good knowledge of SOQL
- Have experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, BackboneJS, EmberJS, and KnockoutJS
- Have experience with database tools (SFDC, SQL Server, and Oracle)
- Have experience with no-code, low-code, software as a service architectures
- Have the ability to make basic technology choices based on experience
- Produce quality deliverables thoroughly tested prior to business testing
- Have the ability to provide alternative solutions to meet business requirements
- Have a demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team and be flexible to support the Americas time zones during critical phases of the projects
