The IET organization consists of five product lines which all build on Baker Hughes existing and strong foundation of rotating equipment, electric-power, pumps, valves, gears, sensor, precision instrumentation, and industrial software and hardware technologies and services:

In this role you will collaborate with global business units, leveraging your business acumen, data analysis skills, and recruitment expertise to deliver talent strategy through hiring.

As a Talent Acquisition and Insights Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with global business units to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leveraging market research, data analysis, and industry knowledge to identify and source top talent pools.
• Embedding DEI in the TA and Leadership recruitment activities.
• Developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates (e.g. employer branding, social media recruiting, attending industry events).
• Analyzing recruitment data to identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of recruitment activity for your assigned business unit.
• Developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with business leaders and act as talent consultant.
• Staying current on industry trends and best practices in your industry segment.
