As Completeness Fulfillment Manager (CFM) you will be responsible for driving material and documentation completeness in accordance with business and customer needs. You will work with Suppliers, SFMs and with other functions to ensure material and documentation completeness and punch list management. You will be responsible for implementing continuous development programs for improving the process performances and supporting the business strategy deployment.

As Completeness Fulfillment Manager (CFM), you will be responsible for;

Driving operating rhythm with suppliers, SFM, QPM and Engineering to ensure documentation completeness
Managing punch list points, both with preventive and corrective actions
Collaborating with logistics and suppliers to resolve any issues in reaching completeness, including material receiving phase
Providing weekly report of the selected KPI to the various stakeholders
Supporting key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s in industrial, Mechanical or Management Engineering;
Show passion and motivation for Fulfillment field
Demonstrate analytical skills
Be fluent in English
Be able to deal with different stakeholders in a complex organization
Be a self-starter
Have Sourcing experience will be considered a plus
