Partner with the best
As a Sales Manager, you will be involved in customer facing and winning deals for Panametrics Business. You are to develop sales plan for the Southern Africa & Equatorial Guinea region. You are also task to collaborate with other functional team to ensure sales target are met accordingly.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools
- Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
- Contributing to prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
- Working based on predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions
- Being within a geographic area responsible for selling Panametrics product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
- Assisting with the development of short and long range sales goals through identifying potential new growth opportunities
- Leading for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales)
- Be able to develop and execute sound sales strategy to maximize business opportunities
- Have managed projects targeted at the oil & gas industry and within the Panametrics product portfolio
- Be able to demonstrate relevant experience in Oil and Gas or Energy industry
