Partner with the best

As a Procurement Specialist, you are responsible for managing the buying process, applying the sourcing policies, and interfacing with suppliers. You'll also source quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to resolve any payment issues.

In this role, your duties will include:

• Leading and executing operations' sourcing strategy in alignment with global stakeholders to enable operational delivery on sourcing, buying, and fulfilment.
• Securing and negotiating quotes from suppliers based on what the operations stakeholders need.
• Communicating technical information and operations' needs to the suppliers.
• Using SAP tools to place & follow-up on PO's within given cycle times, and managing any related problems and schedule changes.
• Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution, commercial discussions, T&C agreements, Long term strategic agreements, Rebates etc..
• Manage purchasing raw materials for multiple plants
• Assist with purchasing for North America Land and Offshore drilling

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have graduated from an accredited university (or high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of Sourcing experience)
• Have a rich experience in Procurement and/or Supplier relationship management.
• Have experience negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Experience using SAP,Ariba,or Vendor Master is required
• Be a team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
