As a Field Specialist - Mechanical Heavy Duty Gas Turbines, you will be responsible for:

• Performing minor/major maintenance of equipment following the TPS Service Site Quality Check Lists and procedures.
• Providing records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the TPS Supervisor, promoting and maintaining relations.
• Executing all required responsibilities safely by following all TPS Service applicable processes and procedures.
• Providing significant troubleshooting support on the equipment under maintenance and/or installation in the Field.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor degree preferred. Industry experience and IET product line training required.
• Demonstrate good Functional / Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working Skills.
• Be mainly specialized, for at least 3 years, in Heavy Duty Gas Turbine Products such as Frame 5-6-7, GE 10.
• Under minimal supervision receive and follow established tasks according to the Maintenance or Installation activities schedule on Customer equipment’s in the Field.
• Be able to reading machinery plans.
• Collaborate with others crew members to the Installation and/or Maintenance activities of Customer Equipment in the Field at Customer Sites.
• Be responsible for the execution of specific tasks following the Site Quality Check Lists provided for the agreed scope of work. May interact with Customer Representative and Site Team on routine matters at the Field Job Site such as coordination meetings.
• Provide all required records of all activities accomplished at Customer Site to the Baker Hughes IET Supervisor and promotes and maintains good team relations. Executes all required responsibilities safely and as instructed by direct supervisors and following all IET Service applicable processes and procedures. Performs other related duties as required. Conducts all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance).
• Perform Boroscopies and major outages for HDGT - Baker Hughes products preferred
