As Assembly Process Technician, you will play a key role in Aptiv’s Manufacturing engineering Team, adopting Lean approach to Monitor equipment usage and identify opportunities for improvement, You will Implement, Maintain, and optimize manufacturing processes within automotive production environment, while ensuring efficiency, quality and high level of safety.

Your Role :
- Process Development & optimization :
- Support during validation and implementation of automated testing system and vision inspection systems for manufacturing Lines.
- Ensure timely Troubleshooting and resolution of automated manufacturing Lines
- Maintain, adjust and optimize Process parameters and Software for mechanical, electrical, and automated manufacturing Lines.
- Monitor and maintain assembly processes to ensure consistent performance
- Optimize Cycle time , accuracy and reliability of Assembly manufacturing Lines
- Support to Develop maintenance preventive maintenance Plans for Assembly manufacturing Lines
- Propose CI Projects
- Support ECR implementation
- Equipment Management & Integration :
- Support to validate equipment and software for Assembly manufacturing Lines
- Collaborate with equipment suppliers for integration of new assembly lines
- Train production and quality team on Testin/vision equipment usage and troubleshooting
- Quality & Compliance :
- Support root cause analysis for quality issues related to process
- Maintain traceability for inspection and testing data.
Your Background :
Min Bac +2 In technical field ( Electromechanics, electronics, automation….)
Min 2 Years Experience on Testing & Vision systems, and automation.
Experience and knowledge in industrial processes, maintenance/equipment, and automation
Understanding of Lean manufacturing processes
Willingness to drive continuous improvements

Proficient in programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Proficient in automation software (TIA Portal). Experience in vision and control systems (Cognex, Keyence). Good knowledge of programming languages (C#, C++, Python).
