YOUR ROLE

In your daily job you will:

• Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Develops and implements operational methods and procedures designed to eliminate operational problems and improve product quality.
• Develops or reviews standard operating or work practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with quality and production standards.
• Reviews production schedules and priorities as a result of equipment or tool failures or operational issues. (Daily).
• Consults with engineering staff regarding the modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and product quality.
• Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards develop budget and cost controls and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications and delivery dates of products produced. Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data. (Daily)
• Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors. (Daily)
• Guarantee a safe workplace environment (1.3.4.11.2.7 EOS Manual Policy), Compliance with IATF 16949 ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO 50000 when applicable
  

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Completed bachelor's degree
• +2-year experience as Manufacturing Engineer or similar
• Experience in automotive industry
• Experience with automated processes
• Advanced English
• Resolving problems
