This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Our solutions are central to enabling the next generation of electrified, automated, and connected vehicles, and we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence.
Your Role:
- Leading, mentoring and developing the MPC team.
- Achieving key targets: budget, DIO, inventory, premium freight, QVC performance.
- Implementing and sustain Lean principles (Right Part, Right Time, Right Quantity).
- Ensuring strong planning accuracy, scheduling attainment, and optimal resource utilization.
- Overseeing inventory control, preventing Excess & Obsolete, and maintaining KSK & “Marriage” processes.
- Coordinating new projects, phase-outs, transfers, and MY activities.
- Ensuring compliance with DBS, CIP, environmental policies, OS standards, and HR processes.
- Promoting continuous improvement across all MPC processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in MPC / supply chain / production planning (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Lean and continuous improvement.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
