This is a role for 10th of Ramadan City -EGYPT, temporarily posted in Morocco.

Aptiv is seeking a highly skilled PC&L Manager to lead the Production Control & Logistics function at plant level. As the Swim Lane Owner for Logistics (Flow 5) and Swim Lane Owner for Production Control (Flows 2, 4 & 5), you will ensure robust planning, procurement, capacity management, logistics performance, and customer satisfaction.

This role is essential to safeguarding supply continuity, ensuring QVC performance, and enabling smooth production flows aligned with Aptiv’s EOS standards.

Your role:

  • Represent the customer internally, managing capacity analysis, logistics data, supplier dashboards, and customer portals to ensure accurate and timely communication.

  • Coordinate and maintain the Contingency Plan, ensuring effective implementation and continuous updates for all PC&L processes.

  • Manage daily production control, planning, procurement, and logistics activities in strict alignment with EOS requirements.

  • Ensure the weekly capacity study is executed and develop plans to adjust production volumes with plant leadership.

  • Control customer delivery schedules, ensuring adherence to required quantities, deadlines, and logistic performance indicators.

  • Lead the PC&L team, overseeing workforce planning, skills development, and versatility plans to support flexible daily operations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in Production Control, Supply Chain, or Logistics management within automotive or high‑volume manufacturing environments.

  • Strong expertise in planning, procurement, customer delivery management, capacity analysis, and logistics KPIs.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop teams, build cross‑functional alignment, and manage high‑pressure operational environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of interpreting data to make informed decisions and drive improvement.

  • Fully committed to compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards, with strong communication and customer‑orientation skills.
