YOUR ROLE
As a Training Specialist on our team, you’ll Develop and monitor the implementation of the annual training plan & implement the necessary actions for the development of human potential.
In your daily job you will:
- Monitor performance evaluations: validation, certification and recertification.
- Assist the central Training supervisor in the development of the training plan.
- Ensure the logistics of internal and external training (room, teaching resources, etc.).
- Manage the documentation for the control and evaluation of training activities.
- Monitor the conduct of training courses and the discipline of participants.
- Coordinate the team of internal training instructors.
- Coordinate with the production and cutting department to develop the qualifications of new recruits and experienced operators.
- Participate in some of the facilitators' interventions in order to evaluate them or prepare syntheses.
- Choose the appropriate pedagogical tools for each type of training.
- Coordinate with training organizations the planning and training program to be delivered.
- Attend internal customer meetings and follow up on internal and external audits related to training.
- Monitor external training activities.
- Participate in the development of the training budget.
- Ensure the development and monitoring of training indicators.
- Prepare the versatility matrix according to the operators' qualifications.
- Ensure the evaluation of the training.
- Inform the OFPPT of the actual dates of the training activities.
- Monitor special training contracts.
- Prepare and submit training files to the OFPPT.
- Participate with the departments concerned in the development of training modules.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards;
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Management, Communication, or a similar field.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Access).
- Strong sense of confidentiality, organization, team spirit, and excellent interpersonal skills.
