Aptiv is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function within the plant. As the Swim Lane Owner for HR (Flows 1, 2, 4, 5 & MCI), you will ensure that people‑related systems, processes, and outcomes fully support plant performance, compliance, and employee development. This role plays a critical part in driving organizational excellence, employee engagement, and alignment with Aptiv’s global standards.

Your role:

  • Lead the Human Resources swim lanes (Flows 1, 2, 4, 5 & MCI), ensuring full alignment with plant objectives and Aptiv EOS requirements.

  • Define HR department objectives, monitor delivery, and coordinate action‑plan reviews with HR coordinators.

  • Optimize working methods across Industrial Relations, Development, and Safety & Hygiene, ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Manage and monitor the HR budget, payroll, time management, and social benefits administration.

  • Oversee social indicators, prepare HR reporting and the social balance sheet, and manage sensitive or contentious employee cases.

  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal rules, and standards related to quality, environment, health, and safety.

  • Promote effective internal communication and support the development, performance, and discipline of all plant staff.

  • Ensure staffing of the Plant with qualified manpower in line with the operational needs and production volumes.

Your Profile:

  • 7+ years of HR experience in an industrial or multinational environment, with strong knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and industrial relations.

  • Proven ability to lead HR teams, develop talent, and collaborate effectively with plant leadership and cross‑functional areas.

  • Strong expertise in payroll, time management systems, benefits administration, and HR KPI reporting, including social indicators.

  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑management skills, with experience handling sensitive and contentious cases.

  • Highly organized, ethical, and committed to ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards while fostering a strong internal communication culture.
