Customer Service Leader

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Leader/ Supervisor to manage and support a Customer Service team delivering B2B support for clients in the automotive sector. This role focuses on people supervision, operational coordination, and ensuring stable, high-quality service delivery.
Scope:
Lead, coordinate, and support a Customer Service team
Act as a point of escalation for customer and operational issues
Ensure Customer Service Operating System (OS) is implemented and followed in daily operations
Ensure compliance with work instructions and DBS procedures within the Customer Service area
Execute OSAs and cooperate with the MPC Team to define and follow up on action plans
Organize and coordinate Customer Service Team as needed
Support the use and continuous improvement of IT tools used by the Customer Service team
Drive basic process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Experience:
Proven experience in leading or supervising a customer service team
Experience in a B2B customer service or operational environment
Automotive industry experience is strong advantage
Fluent working knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel)
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Strong people management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage daily operations in a dynamic environment
Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
Fluent English/ C1
