Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Monitor and control in-line product quality to maintain process stability and compliance with specifications.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Coordinate containment and improvement activities for customer complaints or internal rejections.
• Conduct process and product audits to identify potential risks and ensure standard compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Process, and Engineering teams to enhance line capability and reduce defect rates.
• Manage quality documents such as inspection records, control plans, and defect trend reports.
• Support customer quality requirements and audits, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and zero-defect mindset throughout production.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.).
• Familiar with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer-specific quality standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in both Korean and English for effective customer and internal communication.
