Position Summary

As a Recruiter, you will be in charge Ensure all actions relating to the development and recruitment of APTIV by the group's policy and management guidelines.

YOUR ROLE

• Contact ANAPEC to meet the company's needs in terms of operators.
• Welcome new candidates and give them a presentation of the company (working hours, salary, benefits, etc.).
• Conduct recruitment interviews for DH and IH employees: sourcing, pre-selection, and physical interviews.
• Identify training groups based on the integration schedule provided by the training center.
• Launch the various job openings according to the company's internal needs.
• Prepare and correct the pre-selection tests for DHs.
• Establish the different states to be shared with ANAPEC (Number of candidates hired Vs persons interviewed...)

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bac+2 or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Administration, or Human Resources
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in French and a good command of English.
• An experience in HR, administration or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel , PPT , Outlook)
• Results-oriented with strong Decision-making skills,
• Available, motivated to learn, reliable and able to work with confidentiality, accuracy, and responsibility
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with an analytical and synthetic mind.
• Only candidates from the oriental region will be considered
