YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Service Superintendent on our team, you’ll maintain accurate Customer Orders to maximize On Time Delivery Performance.

In your daily job you will:

• Guarantor of a safe workplace (1.3.4.11.2.7 EOS Policy Manual), Compliance with ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO 50001 standards when applicable
• Compliance with the procedures and requirements of the standards IATF16949, according to the job
• Responsibilities: Assist Sales Dept. for smooth product launch and build out.
• Back-up representatives and temporaries/ Data Entry accuracy essential
• Problem solving
• Generate reports/ analysis as necessary to secure on-time delivery performance.
• Taking correct decisions secures customers' on-time delivery."

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Commerce, or related field.
• Proficiency in English level
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in English level
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of Office, Proficient in Excel, and Accuracy of data input are mandatory
• SAP knowledge
• Data management
• Structured worker
• Leadership
• Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
