YOUR ROLE

As an HR Development Specialist on our team, you’ll Coordinate & supervise actions relating to talent management: recruitment, performance management and site training actions in accordance with group policy and management directives.

In your daily job you will:

  • Coordinate development, evaluation and talent acquisition activities.
  • Ensure Standardization and updating of job descriptions, job profiles, site organization charts.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to training & development
  • Develop, implement & improve the On-boarding process for IS in collaboration with the central teams.
  • Participate and supervise training analyzes.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the talent management process for all coordinators, managers.
  • Develop, evaluate and improve recruitment tools for: Individual interview, group interviews, test….
  • Contribute to the improvement of equipment and training areas.
  • Coordinate & implement partnerships & agreements with schools & universities for the management of the internship and hiring campaign
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new recruitment concepts in collaboration with the central teams.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

  • Bac+5 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in HR development, recruitment, or training.
  • Prior experience in team management and coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
