Position Summary

As a Production Planner Supervisor, your main role will to coordinate functions of scheduling/planning, analyzing customer programs/forecast and order to establish appropriate planning in line with manufacturing capacity and customer requirements.

You’ll be the part of our Logistic community and will report to the PC&L Manager.

Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Managing the team of planners while organizing the work of the team according to the number of references and the identity of the Value stream;

• Ensuring the proper preparation of capacity studies with the planners while ensuring the implementation of the necessary actions to support customer volumes;

• Negotiate with customers in the event of delivery problems and variations in delivery plans, additional costs, etc;

• Ensuring compliance with the scheduling and customer satisfaction;

• Prepare and report critical FG item list;

• Prepare monthly/quarterly report of FG critical situations with root cause and action plan;

• Review and approve FG premium transport requests;

• Organise training for Production Controllers as needed;

• Monitor and Improve the plant production planning process;

• Ensure proper MY change implementation (Capacity planning, MIN MAX, E&O impact);

• Ensure proper management of project face in/out, business transfer;

• Execute Scheduling OSA and define and execute action plan to close the gaps;

• Monitor Inventory Performance per Production Controller - Reduction of Excess;

• Ensure Customer Logistics Agreement implementation (identify gaps in terms and conditions).

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in the role are your:

• Bachelor's Degree;

• Knowledge about Production Processes including inventory management;

• Strong ability with MS Office Software;

• Working experience with SAP;

•Excellence communication skills with fluent English and additional language-German is a plus;

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently;

• Managerial skills: organized, able to delegate, able to motivate, able to coach a team, result oriented, able to transfer knowledge, decision maker;

• Project Management skills;

• Able to build a network and professional relationship.
