Your Role

• Assist in development of process documentation (work instructions, process specifications, process controls, quality plans and procedures)
• Ensure all associated procedures & work instructions process controls are understood and followed
• Establish procedures for process monitoring validation and control
• Establish and implement procedures to collect and report manufacturing measurements
• Develop and implement manufacturing concepts for common SMT procedures and systems
• Ensure effective communication with project team, operations, manufacturing engineering
• Assist in preventive maintenance and equipment care
• Actively support problem solving projects
• Assist in FTQ improvement and scrap reduction
• Support engineering changes and variation. Establish product parts set up system on production floor

Your background

• College or University degree of Engineering (IT or Electrical degree preferred)
• English fluent level, German language knowledge is preferable
• Minimum 5 years of Surface Mount Technology experience (Deep printing, placement and reflow process knowledge)
• MS Office knowledge
