About Anthesis
Anthesis is the sustainability activator. Proud to be a B Corp, we seek to make a significant contribution to a world which is more resilient and productive. We do this by working with cities, corporates, investors and other organisations to drive sustainable performance. We develop financially driven sustainability strategies, underpinned by technical expertise and delivered by innovative collaborative teams across the world.

At Anthesis Group, we are truly committed to putting people and our planet at the heart of all we do.

Summary of Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) professional to join our LCA team within the Circularity & Value Chain Transformation team. Our clients are increasingly seeking help to identify business and sustainability impact opportunities, leveraging lifecycle analysis to identify hotspots and implement decarbonization plans.

This role will be focused on providing the technical leadership, rigorous quality assurance, and strategic insight required to guide our clients on their sustainability journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science or engineering, more than five years of LCA experience, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work aligned with international standards and industry-specific frameworks.

We are looking for someone who combines analytical rigour with commercial and strategic thinking: someone who can understand a client’s challenge, design the right technical approach, execute it efficiently, and translate the results into compelling, actionable insight. Strong storytelling is essential. The ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations that resonate with the intended audience is one of the most important aspects of this role.

They must be able to develop deep technical expertise across a wide range of sectors. Beyond LCA proficiency, this role requires an understanding of the complexities and challenges of diverse value chains, which is critical for identifying hotspots and levers within client products and services.
