We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and hard-working ERP Functional Support Analyst to join our Finance Systems team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be a key member of the Finance team, supporting the business in their day to day use & development of our ERP – Oracle Netsuite.

Key Responsibilities
- With at least 2 years’ experience in Oracle NetSuite·
- Proficient in using in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus·
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills·
- Proactive and a committed team player·
- Can work on flexible hours to meet changing work environment and to meet tight deadlines·
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- A graduate of a bachelor's degree in any relevant qualifications.
- At least 2 years’ experience in ERP system support (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, TOTVS, or other major ERP platforms).
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Proactive, motivated, and a committed team player.
- Able to work flexible hours to meet deadlines in a global business environment.
Preferred
- Spanish Language is preferred but not required.
- Accounting or finance experience is a plus.
- Experience in the professional services sector is an advantage.
- Strong interest in working in a business focused on sustainability and global impact.
